Cancellation policy
At Juultje Zeeland we understand that plans sometimes change. That is why the following cancellation policy applies to bookings of our apartment and holiday cottage in Wissenkerke.
1. Cancellation by the guest
The following terms apply to cancellations:
- 30 days or more before arrival: free cancellation.
- 14 to 29 days before arrival (inclusive): 50% of the total booking price is charged.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking price is charged.
- Not arriving (no show): 100% of the total booking price is charged.
2. How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel a booking via:
- Email to Juultje Zeeland: juultjeverhuur@gmail.com
- The booking platform where the booking was made, such as Booking.com or Airbnb.
The date on which we receive the cancellation counts as the official cancellation date.
3. Cancellation by Juultje Zeeland
In exceptional circumstances, Juultje Zeeland may have to cancel a booking, for example due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
In that case we will contact the guest as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution together. If the accommodation cannot be made available, any advance payments for the stay that did not take place will be refunded, with due regard for the guest's statutory rights.
4. Advice
We advise our guests to take out suitable travel insurance and cancellation insurance.
5. Bookings through external platforms
Different cancellation terms may apply to bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other booking platforms. In that case, the cancellation terms agreed on that platform at the time of booking apply.
