4. Payments

Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe or through the relevant booking platform.

Juultje Zeeland does not store full credit card details itself. Payment details are processed in accordance with the security and privacy terms of the relevant payment provider.

5. Sharing personal data

We never sell personal data to third parties.

Data may only be shared with parties that are necessary for our services, such as:

• Smoobu, for booking management.
• Booking.com and Airbnb, for bookings made through these platforms.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Government authorities when we are legally required to do so.

Where necessary, we make agreements with parties that process personal data on our behalf to ensure safe and careful data processing.

6. Retention period

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Data that forms part of our financial records is kept for the statutory tax retention period of seven years.

Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary, unless a statutory retention obligation requires otherwise.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure.

8. Cookies and website use

Our website does not use cookies itself; the Smoobu booking system may place cookies that are needed to make a booking.
